We would like to welcome Amy Hyde to the Club staff. Amy is the new Food & Beverage Supervisor and has joined Anne Lordan and her team as we prepare to reopen our outdoor catering. Amy has many years of experience in the Hotel and Catering industry with her most recent role being the Banqueting Manager in the very busy 4 star Springfort Hall Hotel. Amy has a BA in Hotel & Catering Management from GMIT and brings with her some great ideas and huge enthusiasm for the role.
