The Royal Cork Topper fleet emerged in Summer 2013 and the fledgling fleet currently races and trains with the laser 4.7’s. This is a growing class, highly recommended for the sailors either sizing out or aging out of optimists. The Topper is an ISA pathway boat up to the age of 17yrs.
