Congratulations to Team Ireland at the recent Youth Sailing World Championships in Mussanah, Oman.
The club were represented in the ILCA 6 by Jonathan O’Shaughnessy who finished in 34th place and in the 29er class by Ben O’Shaughnessy and James Dwyer Matthews who finished in 12th place. With both teams able to qualify for next year’s event, the future is bright.
Well done to Eve McMahon of Howth Yacht Club finished in a very strong 4th place in the Women’s ILCA6 (Laser Radial) following a highly successful year of competition.
