As we face into another extended period of restrictions, we wanted to bring all sailing related activities together into one place. Here are some upcoming events and activities to pass the time- 


Throughout March: The 36th America’s Cup takes place in Auckland New Zealand. Footage is all freely available on Youtube

Sunday February 21st: Summer Of Adventures Webinar. Watch it back live here

Power Head, East of Roches Point is a lovely sheltered spot and amazing for snorkelling and diving.

February 27th & 28th: RYA Dinghy Show which goes virtual this year

Wednesday March 3rd: NCB Ireland webinar for the Royal Cork. Then a member of the Irish Naval Service, Bob McCarthy will join us from Melbourne to share his experience from seeing an ad in the newspaper to successfully circumnavigating the globe. Bob will be joined by fellow sailor, coach and key member of the build team, Dave Harte, to give his memories of the project. Peter O’Donovan will be our host on the night meaning we are assured it’ll be entertaining. Please register here.

The official launch of NCB on December 1st, 1988 under the watchful eye of Skipper Joe English and attended by dignitaries including then Taoiseach Charles J Haughey

And also on Wednesday March 3rd: Take Your Keelboat Racing To The Next Level. Racing supremo David Cullen will discuss how to crank your big boat racing up a notch by bringing together winning teams.
