Mairead Roberts recently stepped down as Feva Chairperson. Thank you Mairead for all your time and effort. Mairead will be staying on committee.
Paul Tingle has taken over
The Feva class is in a transition period at present. We have a lot of the older sailors moving onto other classes and some new and younger members joining us this year.
Plenty of second hand boats available for purchase if required.
We hope to run some coaching sessions over the February midterm break with Andrew Lane heading up the coaching team.
Thursday 24th and Friday 25th February.
Rigged and ready to go sailing at 10.30hrs each day. The sessions will finish at 17.00hrs.
Price per sailor will depend on how many want to take part so please if you are interested return by email asap so we can organise coaching levels RIBs etc.
We also hope to run some RS Feva workshops each Saturday for April. This will entail some boat work, coaching and racing. Again please respond if interested as we again have to book RIBs etc.
The class club racing begins in May with Saturday league racing at 14.30hrs.
The Tuesday midweek leagues start in June.
