Shorts and t-shirts were the order of the day when 20 Royal Cork members had a very enjoyable day in Bandon Golf Club recently. There was an equal spread of both ladies and gents who played a team “Champagne Rumble” followed by a very pleasant meal in the clubhouse afterwards.
As usual the ladies had the better of the men and the outright winners were, Mairead Roberts, Denise Phelan and Naula Lyden pictured with Ann Lyons and the Admiral Peter Deasy.
There were prizes galore and a special thank you to all those members who contributed to the prizes along with Bandon Golf Club for the use of their premises.
