The Royal Cork Organisation Team for the All Ireland Sailing Championships have now completed arrangements for the event and all is in readiness and awaiting the arrival of the competitors. Club officials and members are looking forward to a weekend of keenly contested sailing both from the Senior and Junior fleets.
Racing is planned for the Curlane Bank for the Junior fleet and Cuskinny for the Seniors and speaking to-day with Committee Chairman, Kevin Lane, he does not anticipate any changes to this.
With the publication of the Senior Fleet listing some tme ago, the ISA have also announced the 18 competitors who will compete in the All Ireland Junior and Girls 2009 Championship this weekend and names in both groups are available to view on our link to the ISA latest news.
Forecast remains light winds for the weekend an we wish all the competitors fair sailing and good luck. Racing commences to-morrow (Friday) 2.30 p.m.
