The Optimist Europeans finsished yesterday in Piran, Slovenia. Royal Cork sailors acquitted themselves well in the difficult conditions. Seafra Guilfoyle was best of the Irish in the boys fleet in 50th (out of 147). Fiona Daly (TBSC) was best of the girls in 40th (out of 100) and had an excellent 3rd place in the 2nd last race of the regatta.
