Optimist coaching continues on Sunday 3rd February at 1030 sharp with Prof O'Connell making a guest appearance.
Prof has been drafted in a short notice to maintain the momentum created by the excellent session last weekend.
The IODAI regional coaching has been cancelled due to the unavailability of coaches but we have managed to arrange for Prof to continue coaching our own local programme.
