The event is hosted by Royal Cork YC in conjunction with IODAI & Sponsored by Harmony Solar Ireland Ltd. 

 

This is the Royal Cork webpage for the IODAI Munster Championships 2024. It aims to be a central website that contains all the information and links you need to enjoy your participation at the event.

The event runs from 15th to 16th June at Royal Cork Yacht Club and will be attended by sailors primarily aged between 8 and 15 years including regatta, junior(under 12), and Senior fleets(12-15yrs old).

Coach Boat Registration: All Coach ribs must be registered and pay a deposit of €5 upon collection of flag no. which must be displayed at all times.

Bar & Restaurant arrangements for the event weekend

Friday evening, 14th June:
Bar food & pizza available from the Club Bar.
 
Saturday morning, 15th June: 
Scones / Croissants / Tea & Coffee available from the Clubhouse. Donations to the RNLI appreciated. 
 
Saturday evening BBQ, 15th June:
BBQ will kick off from 5.30pm where participant Sailors, Parents, Members & Visitors will need to pre-book a ticket to avail of their BBQ.

Accommodation

Accommodation around the Crosshaven area

Camping & Camper Vans: Limited space will be available – more details to follow.

We are currently taking bookings for those interested in bringing your own Campervan/caravan/mobilehome to the NTW at Royal Cork Yacht Club.

There is a very limited number of spaces available and camping will be subject to suitable weather conditions. Please contact us today at office@royalcork.com to secure your spot.  

 

While the sailors are on the water, why not enjoy what Crosshaven has to offer, or check out the best area to view the sailors from ashore.
