Next Sunday will see the start of the November Frostbite league for both our laser and topper dinghy sailors. The series will run over four Sundays with F.G scheduled each day for 11.55. Registration opens @ 10am day one, followed by a competitors briefing @ 11am.
Our sailors competing in these well established club fleets have had some fantastic coaching over the last number of months and the Frostbite series is an ideal platform to hone newly acquired skills. The added bonus for our topper fleet is that they will be competing for the beautiful Bill Jones Memorial Trophy pictured below.
It is also worth mentioning that the Baltimore icicle will take place over the weekend of the 3rd/4th December and this event really does mark the end of competitive sailing for for the 2016 season. This is traditionally a great event which has always been well supported by many Royal Cork laser sailors.
