Venue: Royal Cork Yacht Club
Who: Open to any aspiring Judges with an interest in leading Protest Committees, chair hearings and assisting Race Committees before and during events. You should have an interest in the rules and preferably some experience of protest hearings. The course includes the 2 exams (Regional and National)
