Multihull Introduction Day

Open to:

Royal Cork members only

All sailors and abilities welcome – recommended weight 55kg+

Aim:

To give a core group of sailors the ability to safely launch and recover from the slipway.

Helm and crew a multihull on trapeze in open water

Participate in Multihull Club racing on Wednesday nights and Saturday afternoons.

Participate in Regional Irish Multihull Events

*April 16^th / 17^th Dromineer – Inland Championships

*May 14^th /15^th Kinsale – Southern Championships

Any support possible will be given to any Youth Team with aspirations for the ISAF Youth Worlds qualifier in Carnac May Bank Holiday weekend (A Dublin team is confirmed)

Boats to be used:

16ft Spitfire with twin trapeze

Two multihulls are currently available for training at Royal Cork.
