On Sunday July 17th the cruising committee have organized a fun day dedicated to Motor Cruisers. All Motor Boats and RIBs very welcome.
Meeting at the club house briefly, between 11:00-11:30 to collect your agenda for the day, (don’t worry nothing mission impossible, just something to keep you and your crew entertained, and the chance for us to give away a prize). We hope to all be on the water for 12:00. At around 14:30 we’ll anchor off White Bay or Ringabella bay (wind/weather dependent), where you can relax on the beach and the children can take part in a sandcastle building competition. Don’t worry about the anchoring or the ferrying to shore, plenty of help we be at hand.
Returning back to base for 18:00 for food in the club restaurant and prize giving.
The agenda is nothing strenuous on either you, your crew or your boat.
A chart plotter/charts/compass, and a pair of binoculars may help on somethings.
A digital camera (or mobile) is ESSENTIAL, as is a fun loving and energetic crew.
We suggest you bring your own towels and packed lunch for the beach.
