At the World Laser Radial Women’s Championship in Japan, Ireland’s Annalise Murphy has moved to 10th overall following her 2nd and 4th placing in the penultimate day of racing.
Following the qualification series of races, the 87 boats from 30 nations are now split into Gold and Silver fleets.
Also competing in the Gold Fleet is Tiffany Brien who currently lies in 35th place.
Meanwhile Claudine Murphy (Annalise’s sister) is placed 9th in the Silver fleet following two 2nd places today.
Leading the event overall is Finland’s Sari Multala who counts 4 race wins in her scores, including the last race today.
Two final races will take place tomorrow to conclude the World Laser Radial Women’s Championship.
