After many years of absence, our destination for this year’s June Bank Holiday Cruising Muster is Ballycotton. We plan to berth in the harbour on the evening of Saturday May 30th and for those not wishing to spend two nights there, it is also proposed that an informal raft-up take place at Oysterhaven on Sunday evening, May 31st.
The Cruising Committee have recently visited Ballycotton to plan arrangements and we assured by the local organising committee that we will be warmly welcomed. You should note that the cruise will coincide with a White Sail race which finishes at Ballycotton during the afternoon.
The plan is for vessels to arrive at Ballycotton during mid to late afternoon, and dinner is being arranged at the Bayview Hotel. Dinner places are limited and we have reserved a total of 40 places for Members. These will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. The meal cost will be € 38 per head.
