Please note: Copies of all your valid qualifications/certificates must be submitted by separate email to miriam@royalcork.com
We are not in a position to keep copies of previous certificates on file. Please resubmit.
Please note: In filling in the form, you may be forced to put in a date to enable you to submit the form(e.g. if you have scheduled to sit one of the courses in the coming months), if this occurs, please use a date in the past 1/1/2000 and email Miriam to let her know.
