The ICRA Annual Conference will take place at the Royal Irish Yacht Club on November 23rd, 2013 from 10am to 4pm.
The keynote presentation for the conference will be given by Matt Sheahan, Technical Editor of Yachting World, who has just returned from the America’s Cup. The address is titled “Foiling with the America’s Cup, and will be looking at America’s Cup boats both now and possibilities for the future.
