The Fernando schedule for June and early July has just been published on the club site – see here for full details.
The 420 part of the training is planned for early July and will be ideal for any sailors tempted to try out the 420 Munsters which this year is on in the club on July 9th/10th.
There is a possibility that some crews may be able to arrange boat charter from Tom Mappleback which would faciliate some sailors getting going in the class for a few weeks and do both the Fernando training and the Munsters.
This means no commiting to purchase a boat until the sailors have had a chance to properly assess – obviously the hope would be that a number of sailors would find it to their liking and the class would regenerate in time.
