Feva Class April News

Lots of stuff going on in the Feva Class. Check out the details below.

1.COACHING

2 x sessions planned with Andrew Lane, in lead-up to Mitsubishi Youth Championship:

-Sunday 25th 10am to 1pm

-Wednesday 28th 3pm-6pm

Please book by return, estimate €40 per sailor, for the 2 half days.

2.FUNDAY FOR OPPIE SAILORS!

On Sunday 25th, at 2pm Feva sailors are requested to be available to take Optimist sailors out for a Fun Sail,

to introduce them to sailing the Feva.

This is a way to develop the class within the Club, find crew for Wednesday nights, and a good excuse to spend more time on the water.

Its your Class, so please support this afternoon.

(This is timed to tie-in with coaching)

3. CLUB RACING

Wednesday Nights Mixed Dinghies starts 28th April

Feva Class will be on the water with additional rib cover and assistance to Race Officer.

A Rota for this will follow.

The first Wednesday will follow Andrew’s coaching session.

Saturday April League continues this Saturday 24th.

4.CREWS AVAILABLE

We have a list of 6 crews with some training, ready and waiting to get on the water.

Please, please, let me know from week to week if you have any need of a crew, even for one day-its still worth getting out,

no major commitment required, but always useful to try out with different people.

5.CARNAC WORLDS

Have made some progress on Coach front, more details to follow.

6. CLASS MEETING

Wednesday 28th April, 8pm in the Club.

7. CONGRATULATIONS

Congratulations to all the sailors who represented the Club and Feva Class in Schull.

Well down to Brendan Lyden and Marc Cudmore on their win.

8.THANK YOU FOR FEEDBACK

And keep it coming!
