Cruising Muster to the City Update – 17/18th September

The Final Cruising Muster for this year takes place on 17th 18th September at Cork City Marina.

The Harbour Commissioners have waived marina berthing charges for Saturday night and allowed us to organise a barbeque on the pier for the event.

Anthony McCann has arranged for the O’Flynn’s trailer to provide a quality, safe and clean food service on Site.

They will serve burgers, chicken breast, sausage and choice of salads, toppings and sauces.  There will also be a choice of desserts.

Seating and tables will be brought in and wine, beer and minerals will be available.  The cost is €19.90 per person with a children’s meal at €9.95

Berthing for the night is free.

Berthing arrangements

We would like the boats over 40’ in length to start arriving earliest, say, from about 3.30pm aprox so that they can be placed in the inner berths.   Assistance will be available for berthing.

The barbeque will commence at 6.30pm and we would ask all boats to be berthed by 5.30pm

Participants should give their names, boat names boat length, and numbers of Adults & Children attending to the club office in advance.  Contact office@royalcork.com or fran@royalcork.com

We look forward to your taking part in this event, which promises to be a fun and happy social evening.

Frank Fitzgibbon

Rear Admiral Cruising
