This year we are delighted to announce that the annual Coolmore to Club Junior Dinghy Race 2024 will take place on Sunday afternoon 2nd June 2024.

When: Sunday afternoon 2nd June 2024

First Gun:  15.30hrs.

Type of Vessel: If it floats, get it out!!! We want all dinghies,  kayaks & Stand up paddle boards. 

Race  Briefing: 14.30hr outside Dinghy Centre 

What Do I need to Do: Register Below by completing the form. 

Prizes: Junior Crews will be eligible for the coveted Coolmore Cup . We will also have fun prizes with prizes for the winner of each fleet.

This is a fun race run by the club for its junior and youth sailors but we would love to see families and friends together on the water. We want to see Mums & Dads (as crews), and we want to encourage the youths to take the helm. It is not all about who comes first, there will be a mix of prizes, from the best turned out boat, the best dressed crew, to the youngest helm to mention a few. 

We are seeking to grow the paddle Board/Kayak participation. More to follow, but for those with paddle boards and Kayaks, rest assured an orientation race is being prepared!!.
