Next Friday evening (3rd June) , the inaugural ‘Coolmore to Club house’ dinghy race will take place.The event is open to all junior club members who wish to sail in our mixed dinghy, Laser, Topper or Optimist classes.
While this race is obviously geared towards junior dinghy members, it would be fantastic to see Mums or Dads taking part also should they wish to compete with their up and coming sailors in the mixed dinghy class; They would be more than welcome.
In addition, club boat ‘Adriele’ will be available for those members that may not wish to take part but would like to get on the water and see the action. Please note that competitor briefing is at 4.40pm SHARP outside the dinghy centre, to ensure we adhere to possible tidal restrictions. Launch is 4.45pm.
Please note that a club BBQ will be available after the race and during the prize giving.
