After many months of searching for a compact trailer that could be deemed fit for purpose to transport up to six dinghies, it was sourced eventually from the UK.
Club member Mick Spillane spent a lot of time scouring the Country as well as donedeal website and eventually found exactly what was required (as per the attached pictures). The trailer can
accommodate up to six optimists or four larger type dinghies. It is straight forward to load and unload which minimises the risk of an accident and can be easily towed. Thank you Mick for your time and effort in securing.
A team effort all around and thanks to the club executive for supporting the purchase. Also to club member Nick Walsh for getting the trailer delivered back to the club from Warrington free of charge and to Andrew Crosbie for hatching the idea day one.
