Our guest caterer, Anthony McCann of Fota House Cafe, has created a sumptuous menu for us and Frank Fitzgibbon and his cruising committee have flown in “Cabaret Baroque” from Paris for your entertainment.

Dinner Menu Saturday April 2nd
Cream of Mushroom soup
Carrot and Coriander soup

Chef’s smoked salmon salad

(All served with homemade brown bread and homemade yeast rolls)


Supreme of Chicken served with an orange and dill sauce

Darne of organic Irish Salmon served with a julienne of vegetables
8 oz Fillet of Irish beef served with a choice  
of Pepper sauce or Garlic butter   

Mediterranean vegetarian Tartlet

Selection of market vegetables – creamed potatoes
