Irish Cruiser Racing Association Fifth Annual Conference to be held in Cork
The Irish Cruiser Racing Association (ICRA), having held their National Championships in the Royal Cork Yacht Club last June, are now holding their annual conference in Cork for the first time, in the Clarion Hotel on Saturday, November 24th at 10.30hrs
The conference is always well attended, and follows a format which encourages all those who attend to air their views. There will be discussions on Class Bands and rating system criteria for restricted classes, and Mike Irwin of the RORC will attend to give an update on IRC developments.
Leading IRC race boat designer Mark Mills will give a presentation, and Dvaid Branigan will have a phot show on professional yacht racing.
There will also be a report on the status of preparitions for the 2008 Commodore's Cup
