It’s that time of year again and the buzz is rising as interest in this premier event of the Autumn season manifests itself in racing circles. First race will take place on Sunday 29th September with first gun at 11.55am. For those who haven’t yet registered it would be appreciated if they could do so in order that no undue administrative delays will be experienced on the day for those wishing to get to sea on time. The entry fee is €75.00.
Race Officers Peter Crowley and Barry Rose and their efficient teams of volunteer helpers have promised exciting racing and any others wishing to volunteer help will be more than welcomed with open arms!
This year racing will take place over five weekends commencing on Sunday September 29th , first gun at 11.55am with further racing on October 6th, 13th, 20th and 26th with the prize giving dinner taking place on Saturday evening the 26th. As this is always a most enjoyable sell out occasion early booking for this outstanding evening of enjoyment is advisable.
Free berths will be available to competitors on a first come first served basis and here again early booking with Mark@royalcork.com is essential.
This regatta is well known and has an excellent reputation country wide for producing, hard, exciting and extremely enjoyable racing at very high level with entries from many clubs throughout the country so do make sure you are registered to take part.
