Having been the recipient of so many awards for the year 2014, Anthony now finds himself in the early part of 2015 on the winning trail again. He won the IRC One Class at the Easter Challenge on the Solent in early April and at the end of April carried off the Brooks McDonald Warsash Spring Series in fine style.
Obviously the speedy greyhound that is the Red Ker 40 Antix and Anthony understand one another completely and coupled with the superb teamwork, particularly with Dylan Gannon and Jamie Donegan on the foredeck, means they will be formidable competitors for their current programme finishing after the Fastnet Race 2015. Sailing the 2015 season as Antix with the permission of the American owner, it looks as if we will be in for some great sailing stories and plenty of nail biting moments.
The silver Ker 39 Antix is now happily ensconced in her new home in Sweden. Her delighted owner had a voyage of four days and nights from Cowes to Gothenburg and reported back to Anthony on the excellent sailing he enjoyed in Antix on the trip to Sweden. Read more HERE
